Important to Read, Our Booking Conditions
Thank you for booking it’s lovely to have you stay.
Below are our Booking and Occupancy Conditions for you and every person that stays with you at the property or visits the property. Please read carefully, payment of your deposit acts as acceptance of these Booking Conditions. Should you not accept the conditions please advise us within 24 hours of your payment and we shall happy to cancel your booking and return your deposit. Otherwise they will be deemed as acceptable to you.
Check in is 3pm or anytime after. We will SMS you on the day if the property is ready earlier. We appreciate your co-operation in not arriving before 3pm unless you have been advised to. This allows our team to prepare the property to the standard we expect for your enjoyment.
Check out time is 10am at most properties. It is 11am at Lavender Majestic.
The deposit required to secure your booking will be advised on booking. If your deposit is not received we reserve the right to cancel a tentative booking. Full payment is required a month prior to your stay. If full payment is not received again we reserve the right to resell the space.
Payment is made by direct debit or by credit card a 2% credit card fee applies to credit card payments to cover some of the costs in providing this service.
Your credit card will be retained as a bond until after we have checked the premises once you have left. The guest authorizes Lavender Majestic Pty Ltd to charge their credit card for any damage caused, this will be discussed with your prior to charging. We certainly don’t like to do this, so please take care and thus avoid us having to do so.
Should you have to cancel please provide as much notice as possible. If the dates you have requested are resold, the deposit will be returned to you in full less a $50 booking fee which can be used as a credit against a future booking. If the space is not resold, the following applies : If the cancellation is made more than 2 months prior to your booking dates, a full refund of your deposit less a $50.00 booking fee is made. If less than 2 months notice, the full deposit is retained. Any cancellation must be notified to us in writing.
All of our properties are non-smoking venues. Please be aware when smoking outside the Blue Mountains is in a high risk bush fire so please DO NOT dispose of cigarette ends in the garden at any of the properties.
We cannot take responsibility for loss or damage to any of your or your guests items during your stay.
Items Left Behind
Please let us know as soon after your stay as possible if you believe you have left something at the property. Please note because of the time involved of retrieving and posting by our team we charge a $15 admin fee PLUS postage and packaging for all items returned, so please double check the property on departure to avoid this.
Ordinary cleaning is included in your rental fee, however, should extraordinary cleaning be required, a fee to the cost of that cleaning will be charged to you. Please wash up and put away all dishes etc in our self contained properties. A fee of $50 applies for washing up left undone or if the BBQ is left dirty.
Please note you are financially responsible for any damage sustained to the property, fittings, fixtures and equipment during your stay. The guest authorizes Lavender Majestic Pty Ltd to charge their credit card for the relevant amount for damage caused. We will of course liaise with you on this. Again we don’t like doing that so just take care please.
Dogs are only allowed at Lavender Manor and Beaches Mollymook and only by prior arrangement. Maximum of 2 dogs. At all other properties all animals are not allowed. Extra fees will apply to dogs staying without prior arrangement. Any “messes” left in the garden will be charged at $50 PER MESS to your bond. Yes we know that’s a lot but we also know you won’t leave them :), dog owners often leave the houses better than anyone! Please do not leave your dog unattended at the property for extended periods of time so that they don’t annoy the neighbours barking or find the furniture a form of entertainment – we thank you for your consideration here.
With all bookings the description of the premises is made by the representative of Lavender Majestic Pty Ltd in good faith, but no responsibility for misdescription can be accepted.
The property is rented to you for only the number of guests you have booked for, for holiday purposes only. The properties may not be used for any unlawful purpose. Should additional guests be staying without prior arrangement a charge of $400.00 per extra guest will be charged to you.
Parties are not allowed at our properties unless discussed in detail with us as to your proposed event, and with our agreeance in writing. All events should show consideration in noise and parking to our neighbours.
Lavender Majestic Pty Ltd and it’s representatives reserve the right to inspect the property anytime with reasonable notice and at any time without notice if they are of the opinion there has been a break of any of these conditions.
Sometimes things go wrong and are not repairable or within our control within the duration of your stay. We will make every endeavour to repair anything that does not work/cause problems during your stay but sometimes ordering of parts or lack of availability of contractors can prevent us from doing this. Power cuts, bush fire zones and weather occurrences are of course beyond our control. Whilst this is not ideal, it does not warrant a refund of any kind for your stay. We have a high level maintenance programme for all of our properties and we will endeavour to find alternative solutions, but as with all houses full of equipment to enhance your stay, sometimes it is just not possible. You as a guest agree in accepting these conditions to be reasonable in accepting such circumstances and make no claim against Lavender Majestic Pty Ltd or its representatives. We do appreciate you letting us know of any issues as soon as possible so that we have the best chance of repairing for you or the next guest.
Should we be unable to provide the property you have booked due to any unforeseen circumstances, including whole or part of the premises being destroyed or damaged, or otherwise unable to be used for the reservation, no further claim other than an entitlement to a full refund of any deposits will be made. We will of course endeavour to give you reasonable notice.
In the event that any of the above conditions are not met, direction will be given for immediate vacation of the premises and no refund will apply. We reserve the right to remove your property from the premises if required in this situation.
I understand by paying my deposit I accept and agree to the afore mentioned terms and conditions.
