Located 3 hours drive south from Sydney CBD or 2.45 hours from Canberra, Milton Retreat is located on expansive land with exceptional views just a few minutes from Milton village and 10 minutes drive to the beaches at Narrawallee, Mollymook and Ulladulla.

Milton Retreat features a cosy lounge fireplace as well as full air-conditioning throughout, a decadent dining room and French doors to bull nose verandahs to sit back and enjoy the view. Trade Coffee for Tea

Most of us enjoy a cup of coffee, not just for the pick me up, but for the opportunity to stop for a few moments, take a breathe and enjoy a cuppa – but did you know changing from coffee to a cup of tea can help you sleep better, increase magnesium absorption which helps reduce muscle cramps and restlessness, hydrates better than coffee and can lower your cholesterol? So this afternoon, try swap your afternoon coffee to a cup of tea, or even better herbal tea.

Travel-Size Toiletries

Unless your road trip with the girls to your Venus Getaways involves hiring a bus, boot space and luggage space are often at a premium. Our packing tip? Invest in either empty toiletry bottles and decant some of your favourite skin and body products into them to pack, or invest in some ready made, travel-size toiletries such as the wide range of minis at Mecca.
